These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 333y ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting website accessible at https://333y.cam (the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or participating in any game offered by 333y, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

• You must not already hold an active 333y Account. Each person is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

To open an Account on 333y, you are required to complete the registration process accurately and in full. The information you provide must be true, current, and complete at the time of registration and must remain so for the duration of your Account.

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address; a username; a secure password; your full legal name as it appears on official identity documents; your date of birth; and your country of residence. You may also be asked to provide a mobile phone number for account security purposes.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 333y will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately.

333y reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason, particularly where there is reason to believe that the applicant does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.

333y is required to conduct identity, age, and source-of-funds verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. We may request verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or following any transaction that triggers a review threshold.

For Pakistani users, verification documents typically include one or more of the following:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back — or a valid Pakistani Passport.
• Proof of address, where required (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months).
• A selfie or liveness check as directed by the verification system.

All deposits to a 333y Account must be made using payment methods available in the Platform's cashier at the time of the transaction. Available methods are subject to change at the operator's discretion and may vary based on the User's location and account status.

Payment methods referenced in Platform materials — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned solely for user familiarity and context. None of these payment providers endorse, support, or are affiliated with 333y or with online gambling operations. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method owned and registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by eligible Account holders via the cashier section of the Platform. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• A completed and verified KYC profile is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Accounts with incomplete verification will have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details held on their account are accurate and up to date. 333y is not liable for losses resulting from withdrawals sent to incorrect payment details provided by the User.

333y may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in offer-specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 25×, 30×) is stated in the offer-specific terms. Example for illustration: a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: A maximum bet limit applies when playing with an active bonus. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. Refer to the offer-specific terms for the applicable cap.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are set out in the offer-specific terms or in the Platform's general bonus contribution schedule. Excluded games contribute 0%.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date or period. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain bonuses impose a cap on the amount that may be withdrawn from bonus winnings. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed at withdrawal. The applicable cap is stated in the offer-specific terms.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: A minimum deposit may be required to trigger a bonus. Depositing below this threshold will result in the bonus not being activated.

All bets placed and games played on 333y are subject to the Platform's Betting Rules and Gaming Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are available in the relevant sections of the Platform. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets or participating in any game.

The following general rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 333y does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in specific circumstances set out in the Betting Rules (e.g., obvious errors in odds pricing, event cancellations).
• Winnings are credited to the Account balance promptly following settlement. Settlement times for sports events are dependent on the conclusion of the relevant event and any applicable settlement review period.
• In-play or live betting markets are subject to change or suspension without notice based on event developments. 333y will not be liable for delays in accepting in-play bets due to system latency or connectivity issues outside our control.
• 333y reserves the right to void or restrict bets where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or other integrity breaches. Such matters may be reported to relevant sporting authorities.
• The Platform's Random Number Generator (RNG) for casino games is certified by applicable technical standards. Players accept that RNG-based outcomes are random and that past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.

• Attempting to exploit software errors, technical faults, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings arising from such exploitation may be voided.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform to facilitate the transfer of unlawfully obtained funds.
• Engaging in collusion with other users or with third parties for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Sharing or transferring Account credentials to any third party, or allowing any third party to operate your Account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 333y staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel.

333y reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Section 11.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution in relation to a deposit made to the Account.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• User request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 333y reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where closure is initiated at the User's request and no breach has occurred, eligible real-money balances will be returned via the last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period and confirmation will be provided.

All content on the 333y Platform — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, icons, logos, software, code, data compilations, and audiovisual content — is the proprietary property of 333y or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publishing any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any Platform software.
• Using 333y's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without written authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333y, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any service offered thereon.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or system errors, including those caused by third-party providers.
• Losses resulting from gambling outcomes, including but not limited to sports betting results, casino game outcomes, and virtual game results.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.
• Delayed, failed, or incorrectly processed transactions attributable to third-party payment providers, including banks and mobile wallet operators.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 333y is incorporated and/or holds its operating licence, as published by the operator. The specific governing jurisdiction will be identified in the operator's licensing documentation where applicable.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the 333y Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence.

333y reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users in advance via email notification to the address on file, prominent notice on the Platform, or both.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent revision was made effective. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
